We would be glad to answer your questions on the following subjects
Disposal service
Please press 1 in the event of an unscheduled interruption to your drinking water supply (e.g. no water from the taps, the water pressure is unusually low or is dropping significantly) or waste water has collected in the cellar. Please call us too if you discover a broken pipe in public road area. Our radio head office is available around the clock to log your damage report, and inform the disposal service. In the event that you suffer a drop in pressure due to a blocked filter, please commission the installing company. The filter cannot be cleaned by the disposal service of Berliner Wasserbetriebe because the filter is located in the house owner's area.
Questions about settlement and contractual matters
Please press 2 if you have any questions about an invoice or your contract with our company. Please have the number of your contract account ready for such a discussion.
Main water meter/ meter reading
Please press 3 if you wish to state the reading on your water meter. We would be glad to provide you with advice on this number about private water meters, e.g. for use in the garden.
House connections
Please press 4 if you have any questions about a house connection: We would be glad to explain the services you can render yourself if you decide to install a water meter. We can also give you some tips about strengthening, altering, replacing or restoring a house connection.
Drinking water information / laboratory
Please press 5 if you have any questions about the substances in Berlin’s drinking water. Here you can find out about everything from the hardness of the water to the future limiting values of lead following the passage to the house connection.
