We can only process your application once we have received the proof of ownership and, if necessary, the certificate of authority as well as all the above-mentioned documents.
Once you have received and checked our offer, please return the original signed order. We also need your signature for additional contractual terms. If we requested a down payment, please pay this amount.
We will contact you to arrange a date for performing the construction work. For this purpose, please include your telephone number on the application.
We will invoice you for our services. Please also inform us from what date onwards you will start feeding in waste water. According to Berlin's Building Code, you yourself are responsible for putting the system into operation.
In an additional letter, we will inform you about the applicable advance payments for the discharge of your waste water.
